Easter Egg Bread

We had 2 breads to enjoy today. This is the first time that I have prepared the Easter Egg bread with raw eggs. My usual recipe never specified any thing so I always set the hard-boiled eggs in the braid.

I had already packed my cook books so we had to scout the internet for an alternative recipe. This one said to place the eggs - uncooked - into the braid. I tried it. The egg I had was not completely hardened inside; I guess that both the egg and the bread could have benefitted from another minute or two in the oven.
