This is the new heating and cooling duct work for the main floor. The heat vent is a 4" pipe. The basement floor will have in-floor radiant heat coils installed. These will all be heated with geo-thermal sourced heat energy.

This is how electrical wiring is installed in ICF construction. The electrician cuts a channel into the styro, presses the wiring deep against the concrete then the gap is refilled with foam insulation. Very neat and clean.
